Change vs incident

Third-party incidents
Problems caused by external services, providers, modifications made by third parties or changes made directly by the restaurant are not automatically considered incidents attributable to Restavor.
Restavor can review the origin of the problem. If the solution requires work outside the scope of the plan, it can be quoted separately.
Additional changes
Need a one-off change? Ask for it when you need it.
The Basic Plan does not include monthly changes because it is designed for restaurants that usually manage their own content. If you need help at a specific moment, you can request additional changes.

Which one fits you?
Basic Plan: if you usually prefer to manage content yourself and only want to keep the website supervised, the Basic Plan may be enough.
Impulso Plan: if you start needing changes on a regular basis and also want to better understand what is happening on your website, the Impulso Plan may suit you better.
You can also start with the Basic Plan and move up to Impulso when your restaurant's needs change.

If your restaurant's needs change, you can go from Basic to Impulso or Premium during the cycle.

- Availability
- Only for websites created by Restavor.
- Usual response
- Usual initial response in under 48 business hours. Response time refers to the first contact or handling of the request, not necessarily its full resolution.
- Urgencies
- Maximum initial response of 8 hours of attention for a completely down website, a fully inaccessible menu, a broken essential booking access or a fully unusable critical function.
- Backup
- Quarterly backup.
