Errors caused directly by Restavor, or arising from work carried out by Restavor, are corrected at no additional cost.

Before quoting
If resolving an incident requires development, work or a service that is not included in the maintenance, we inform you before carrying it out and it is quoted separately.

Website changes
Do you need to make a change?
The Basic plan does not include changes to the website. None of these tasks are covered by the €19/month fee:
- Text changes

- Redesigns
You can request changes whenever you need them.They will be quoted separately before any work begins.
You can request any modification from Restavor web.
Before carrying it out, Restavor will tell you its price, and it will only go ahead after your approval.

Restavor will begin handling a request or incident within a maximum of 48 working hours.

Ownership
Your website is still yours.
The website belongs to the client from the moment it is delivered. Taking out Restavor's maintenance does not change the ownership of the website.
Restavor only provides the maintenance service while the client has the plan contracted.
The client pays directly for the services needed to keep their website published. This may include:
- Subscription to the platform used
- Domain
- External tools
- Third-party integrations or services
These costs are not part of the €19/month maintenance fee. Restavor does not cover the cost of hosting, domain, platform or external tools.

The client will have access to their own maintenance space in Restavor web, inside Restavor app, from where they can check and manage their entire relationship with Restavor.

Conditions
Basic plan conditions.

- Initial term

- Monthly renewal.
- Early cancellation
- If the client cancels before the end of the initial term, they must pay the remaining monthly instalments.
- Plan change
- A voluntary plan change starts a new 3-month commitment.
- Work not included
- Services or work not included in the plan are quoted separately.
- Website changes
- The Basic plan does not include changes to the website.
