Websites developed by Restavor have a minimum initial commitment of 3 months on maintenance. After that period, renewal is monthly.

No. Currently the maintenance plans are available only for websites created by Restavor.

Yes. The changes you make directly from your editor do not use up the changes included in your plan.

You can request modifications and updates to your website directly from Restavor web: text, prices, opening hours, images, links, menu content, information in a section, or new blocks and sections when the work fits within the plan's available capacity.

Before starting each request we will confirm the work and its estimated timescale. You don't have to calculate anything: we review the request and you see the percentage of capacity used in Restavor web.

The time shown for each plan refers to the start of the work, not necessarily to its completion. Básico: within 48 business hours. Impulso and Premium: within 24 business hours, with top priority on Premium.

If the error is Restavor's responsibility, the correction is included. If you request a new modification after approving a job, it will be treated as a new request.

Incidents that are Restavor's responsibility are included. Other interventions are reviewed and, if they exceed what your plan includes, they are quoted before being carried out.

No. The included change capacity is renewed every month and does not accumulate between cycles.

If you need jobs that exceed the capacity included in your plan, we will send you a quote before carrying them out. The work will only start after your approval.

Yes. Moves up can be handled during the cycle via proportional difference. Moves down take effect at the next renewal.

It is the maximum time to start the work within support hours. The completion date depends on the type and scope of the request.

Critical problems such as a down website, an inaccessible menu or a fully unusable essential feature. A regular content change is not considered an emergency.

We monitor your website's performance, its visibility on Google and user behaviour. We use professional analytics and measurement tools, but what you receive is the conclusion: what is happening and what is worth improving.

Not automatically. They can be configured when the restaurant needs them and the corresponding work or external costs will be quoted separately.

No. The Básico Plan does not include changes: it is designed to keep your website running and monitored. If you need a one-off modification, you can request it and we will send you a quote before starting.

Yes. You can access your page's editor and make your own changes.

We carry out a basic review of how the website works on mobile and desktop, including navigation, links and essential access.

We use systems that help us detect if the page becomes inaccessible and review certain incidents that are Restavor's responsibility.

Yes. The Basic Plan includes essential analytics: visits, users, most-viewed pages, devices and traffic evolution, with a quarterly summary. More detailed analysis is available on Impulso and Premium.

Yes. Básico does not include changes, but you can request any modification you need. We will send you a quote before starting the work.
