Restavor agents brings together artificial intelligence agents designed for a restaurant's day to day. We start with the one that takes up most of your time: the phone and reservations.
A single diary
- All your reservations together: the ones from the phone, the ones from TheFork and other platforms, the ones from your website and the ones you write down by hand.
- Each reservation with its own colour depending on where it comes from.
- It warns you if you go over capacity and leaves large groups pending until you confirm them.
- On the tablet in the restaurant, each waiter signs in with their PIN.
The call agent
- It picks up the phone when you cannot.
- It answers questions with the information you give it: menu, allergens, opening hours, frequently asked questions.
- It books, changes and cancels reservations in the diary straight away.
- You switch it on or off with a button and set its hours. If it cannot help, it passes the call to the restaurant.
- Every call is logged with a summary of what happened.
